BRUSSELS – Investors Morale In Eurozone At All Time Low. The European Union, on Monday published a survey which shows that the investor morale in the eurozone is down to an all-time low in April. In Germany, the sentiment index fell to -36.0 from -16.9 in March, sinking to its lowest since March, 2009. The impact of the coronavirus crisis was being cushioned for many German workers by the social safety net, said Hussy. Investors Morale In Eurozone At All Time Low.
