ISLAMABAD: Facebook and Telenor on Tuesday propelled a joint program to prepare 1,000 Pakistani young ladies and ladies in advanced abilities to assist them with accomplishing monetary strengthening.
Pakistani ladies will commend the World Women Day on March 8 (Sunday).
Facebook would prepare the women and girls through its program called “#SheMeansBusiness” while Telenor propelled its program ACTIVATE on Tuesday by arranging an advanced abilities workshop for 100 hopeful women entrepreneurs.
It was featured at the workshop that improvement in innovation and usage of computerized administrations are eradicating hindrances among providers and clients over the world.
In Pakistan, there is enormous potential for ladies specifically to show outstanding commitments to different fields.
Members of the workshop were imparted information about basic advanced aptitudes for business development, including Facebook promoting, content creation, page balance devices and examination.
Talking on the event, Beth Ann Lim, Facebook’s Head of Community Affairs for Asia Pacific, stated: “#SheMeansBusiness program and our association with Telenor is planned for interfacing pioneering ladies with enabling devices, friends and systems.”
