Pakistan Navy Continues Humanitarian Work Across Country

ISLAMABAD – Pakistan Navy Continues Humanitarian Work Across Country. Pakistan Navy is extending nationwide humanitarian assistance to aggrieved families during current Coronavirus pandemic. They are distributing food, commodities and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at various cities, towns and hospitals across the country.

According to a Navy press release on Thursday, Pakistan Navy is distributing thousands of ration bags and supplies areto needy families of Ibrahim Haidri in Karachi. Other than that, Pakistan Navy also distributed rations bags in other cities of Punjab. These cities include Lahore, Faisalabad, Multan, Bahawalpur, and Muzaffargarh.

Additionally, Pakistan Navy in collaboration with philanthropist association distributed kits of Personal Protective suits along with other necessary equipment to different authorities and hospitals of Lahore, Faisalabad and Sialkot.

Navy has extended these relief measures to distant areas and localities as well. They distributed thousands of rations bags in rural villages, goths of coastal areas and creeks. These include areas of Jiwani, Gawadr, Surbandar, Pasni, Khor Kalmat, Somiani, Bin Qasim, Keti Bandar, Jati and Chuhar Jamali.

Pakistan Navy has also parceled out large quantity of ration at Ormara amongst local populace. In addition, Pakistan Navy was also conducting awareness campaigns to help in countering the challenge of ongoing Pandemic of Coronavirus.
