Death toll from China’s new coronavirus scourge moved past 1,100 on Wednesday however the number of new cases reported fell for a second consecutive day, as the World Health Organization asked worldwide solidarity to battle the “grave threat“.

“Viruses can have more powerful consequences than any terrorist action,” he said while talking to the reporters.
