ISLAMABAD – Coronavirus Count Increases Yet Again In Pakistan. Another case of Novel Coronavirus (Covid-19) emerged in Gilgit-Baltistan on Thursday. This makes the total number of cases 21 in Pakistan. 

According to health department official, 31-year-old has tested positive for the coronavirus in Skardu. The patient returned to Pakistan on February 25 after travelling to Iran, local media reported. This new case takes the tally to three in GB.

Yesterday, another case of coronavirus emerged in Gilgit-Baltistan. According to details, a spokesperson for Gilgit Baltistan government said that the patient, a 14-year-old hails from Skardu. The teenager arrived in Skardu on March 4 and had symptoms of the coronavirus on March 6. He was then moved to an isolation ward. Coronavirus Count Increases Yet Again In Pakistan.

On Tuesday, Pakistan reported 12 new cases of the coronavirus taking the total number of cases to 21. Meanwhile yesterday, Special Assistant to PM on Health, Dr Zafar Mirza, via Twitter, confirmed nine new cases of coronavirus in Pakistan.

The total number of confirmed Coronavirus cases are now 21 in Pakistan. Dr Mirza further tweeted that we can avoid this spread if we act responsibly. In Karachi, 13 people are positive for virus whereas, the other five cases are from Islamabad and Gilgit-Baltistan.
