Another PAF trainer aircraft crashes in less than 2 months

The PAF announced the crashing of another PAF trainer aircraft while on a routine training drill near Takht Bhai in KPK’s district Mardan. A representative for the PAF included that the pilot ejected successfully and safely right before the accident took place.

“An inquiry board has been ordered by Air Headquarters to track down the cause of accident,” the official statement said.

This is the third PAF trainer aircraft to have crashed while on a normal routine training drill inside two months.Last Friday, a PAF Mirage airplane, which was on a routine operational training drill, had met a crash close to the Lahore-Multan Motorway. The pilot had figured out how to safely eject in that occurrence too.

Prior in January, a PAF aircraft had crashed while on a mission near Mianwali. The two pilots, Squadron Leader Haris canister Khalid and Flying Officer Ibaadur Rehman, on board the PAF FT-7 airplane had lost their lives in the accident.
