ISLAMABAD – PM Khan Talks To Erdogan On Phone Call. Prime Minister Imran Khan, on Tuesday, called Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan. PM conveyed heartfelt sympathies and condolences on the loss of lives of Turkish soldiers in the attack in Idlib.

According to details, in a recent attack in Idlib by Syrian regime forces, 33 Turkish soldiers were killed along with 35 injured. PM Khan stated that the people of Pakistan were in strong solidarity with the Turkish nation. As it is their time of grief and sorrow.

PM reaffirmed support for Turkey’s legitimate security and humanitarian concerns in the region. He lauded Turkey’s humanitarian assistance, including through hosting millions of Syrian refugees. The Prime Minister thanked President Erdogan for his unequivocal support on the Jammu & Kashmir dispute, reaffirmed during his recent visit to Pakistan and especially during his address to the Joint Session of the Parliament.
