Azad Jammu and Kashmir’s (AJK) Prime Minister Raja Farooq Haider announced the “Nishan-e-Kashmir” — the state’s most noteworthy official award for Dr Usama Riaz of Gilgit-Baltistan (GB). The “Nishan-e-Kashmir” award is for completing his obligation to battle COVID-19 and loosing his life
